Plant based foods are something you can eat a large quantity of and not gain weight. And it's only putting nutrients in your body. Eating animal based diet clogs your arteries and causes weight gain. Plus, it's bad for the environment. My boyfriend recently had surgery...and the post surgical advice was to start eating a plant based diet. And my boyfriend listened. He was encouraged by it. It's lots of brown rice and veggies stir fry 😋. And soups. He learned about soups that detox your body and he was also encouraged by that. I so hope we switch to a predominantly plant based diet. I will ask him to specifically teach me how to cook brown rice and veggies. I would love this diet and it promotes weight loss.
